godzilla figure obsession
It all started when I saw some NECA toys in a toy shop at my local mall, I picked out the 2003 goji just cuz it looks super smexy to me. Then I was like "dang...I want more...godzilla...and kaji in my room"
So, I went to pick up the target exclusive '89 biogoji and I absolutely love it. It looks like Godzilla got slimed by TKO lol
Apparently, some people don't like the sculpt of it's head cuz' it looks "odd". I like it though. He looks cartoony and cute and even looks like a cat. Fun. I like messing around with this figure because it has really nice articulation on it, especially the tail.
I also ordered the '56 poster ver. because I like the paint and colors on it.
I really want to own a sh monsterarts figure...I just hate how pricey they are, most of em don't even come with accessories too like what gives? Regardless, I pre-ordered the sh monsterarts '89 biogoji because the 2021 godzilla was already sold out, but it's whatever, I don't really care for the monsterverse design. I'm a bit worried that it's articulation will be the same as the neca's. I mean sh monsterarts is known for it's good articulation, so it would be a shame if it operates the same just with an accurate sculpt. But, who knows!
I love heisei goji, it's my favorite design besides 2000. I'm sure i'll be pleased when it arrives, I just hate how expensive it is, the worst part is that it doesn't even come with anything!!!

What's up y'all. I haven't been drawing for weeks because I nearly screwed up my arm and hand from drawing too much LOL. But don't worry, I am OK! I just need to be more careful next time and make sure to give myself some rest and plenty of stretches. ๐ฏ๐ข

Site design update
So, I updated the site's layout once again. It turns out going ham with CSS is pretty fun! when it actually works
I think my site's look will never be set in stone cuz' I can only be satisfied for so long and I still need to tweak a few things. As of right now, I like how it came out. What, you don't? Well, idgaf...
Did I add any new links? Hmm, no not really, but in the future I plan to add some site buttons on here.
PS: I'm super sorry to mobile users, I know there's like some weird things going on but i'll fix it soon..maybe...idk
Inspiration Tuesday
To kick things off, here's a trip down memory lane for those who grew up watching Nicktoons in the early 2000's! I have such a soft spot for the wacky animations made in flash that used to air on Nicktoons network. Such unique and creative animations used to pave the way on the channel making it truly an experience for younger me. They even had an annual event called Nicktoons film festival where many different animators participated with their own animated shorts and the winners get their shorts aired on the channel, I wish nick still continued this.
Slowly but surely...
I have about 5 or so more pages to go before the current buffer ends. (not to mention some commissions I gotta finish)
Anyway, I hope y’all are enjoying grindcore so far!

Recently I decided to learn a new language, and that language is, you guessed it....Japanese! I've always been highly fascinated about translating other languages into English, especially Japanese. So, I took the initiative to try learning how to do it myself and it only took Twisted wonderland to motivate me enough to do so. XD
Anyway, so far I have hiragana/katakana, the two basic alphabet systems in Japanese, memorized. Next in line is the dreaded kanji and grammar; I've already memorized some kanji and vocabulary with Wanikani, it's a very cool site that helps you memorize kanji with silly mnemonics. As for grammar, I watch this channel on Youtube called Japanese Ammo with Misa. She has very informative and entertaining videos which helps me learn, I recommend checking her out!
In other news, I updated my resources page and added a new section where I dumped a bunch of my brushes I use in CSP under "My Art Resources". Enjoy ~
